1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers in our online shop bambimart.com with BambiMart SH.P.K., Abedin Mërlaku 99, 32000 Klinë, Kosovo (“we”, “us”).
2. How the contract is concluded
The products in our shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking “Place order” you make a binding offer to buy the products in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email straight away; this confirmation is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by email or ship the goods.
The contract can be concluded in English, German, French, Italian, Dutch or Albanian. We store the contract text and send you the order details by email.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order. More about shipping.
4. Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. The purchase price is due when you place your order.
5. Delivery
We deliver to all EU member states. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, delivery usually takes 8–20 business days after payment. You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If a product is unexpectedly no longer available, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment without delay.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details and a model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal information.
8. Warranty
The statutory rights for defects apply. Please report obvious transport damage to us as soon as possible; this does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for the contract.
10. Applicable law
The law of the Republic of Kosovo applies. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you have your habitual residence.
11. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
