Frequent questions

When will my order arrive?

Usually in 8–20 business days, so between 19 Oct and 4 Nov. As soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse, you get the tracking number by email.

How much is shipping?

€4.90 per order, however many products you order. From €39.00, shipping is free.

Can I send it back?

Yes. Within 14 days of delivery you can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason: Withdraw from contract here

Is paying safe?

Yes. You pay by card through Paysera, a licensed payment institution in the EU. We never see your card details.

Will I pay customs or VAT on delivery?

No. VAT and customs duties are already included in the price, so nothing more is due on delivery. This applies to orders up to €150; above that, the carrier may charge import VAT.
