When will my order arrive?

Usually in 8–20 business days, so between 20 Oct and 5 Nov. As soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse, you get the tracking number by email.

How much is shipping?

€4.90 per order, however many products you order. From €39.00, shipping is free.

Will I pay customs or VAT on delivery?

No. VAT and customs duties are already included in the price, so nothing more is due on delivery. This applies to orders up to €150; above that, the carrier may charge import VAT.

Can I send it back?
